To provide measures and results by which you and your team can be monitored and measured.
Ensure that you and you team comply with written documented, controlled policies and current company procedures which comply with food safety and quality at all times.
Ensure that at all times you and your team adopt the highest levels of housekeeping.
To the best of your ability provide quick and accurate fault diagnosis on all equipment.
Familiarize yourself with engineering and engineer issues for you area.
Be responsible for machinery set up in line with current production plan.
Ensure that change overs wherever possible are quick effective and waste is minimised.
Ensure that you and you team meet the production plan.
Ensure that your team are warned in advance when possible of any changes that may need to be made to the production plan.
Ensure that you and all personal utilise resources in your area.
Adopt a regime within your team to control and segregate waste within your area.
Be aware at all times of cost controls in factory over heads for your area.
Ensure that you adapt an open forum when communicating with your team.
Ensure that your working practices comply with company health and safety regulations at all times thus ensuring that you and any other persons working within your area can do so in safety.

National Diploma: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Industrial) or Production Management or Operations Management or similar
2-3 years production experience in FMCG environment as a team leader
In depth knowledge of HACCP.
Good Knowledge of SHE
Good Communication skills to deliver at all levels
Good attention to detail
Methodical approach to paperwork
Good leadership capability
Timekeeping / Attitude / Commitment within the workplace
